Anyone seen this On Facebook ?

What does it mean ? Suggested bid is .18 to .31 and i’m bidding .26

The only one that received impression was the one where i set the bid to a crazy $5.00

Yeah, I’ve had that before. Usually if you click on it, you’ll be told what the issue is. Mine was bids too low.

Looks like I’m gonna have to start over with this campaign.

It usually means your bids are too low.

The usual approach to this is to bid high (around the suggested bid until you start seeing some clicks) then start lowering you bids once your CTR has been established. This method will keep your clicks coming it, because the Facebook system needs to determine your CTR before it can let you bid lower.
