Click discrepancies for mobile

Got a mobile campaign going on an ad network that isn’t primarily mobile, but has mobile targeting available. I have run non-mobile campaigns with them and click discrepancies are usually at a minimum if none at all… However, with my mobile campaigns I am receiving about 30% click discrepancies.

Is this just something I will have to get used to with mobile? With landing pages not loading completely and redirects being too slow?
