Mobile AdWords PPC

I’m setting up AdWords PPC for mobile, advertising a new domain with bad QS. I’m targeting US/CA, Android/iOS, Verizon/ATT and all Canadian carriers.

Google is showing $2.00 first page bid estimates right now for kw terms that nobody bids on. My QS is 3, but I haven’t seen a single ad for this term – for both desktop and mobile. Why is the suggested bid so high?

Also, what’s the best way to split test carriers on Adwords? Do I create a separate campaign for each carrier, select all carriers then track ..?

The bid is so high because of your bad QS – work on that first and the bids will go down
